The Financial Aid Student Portal will undergo maintenance on September 7, 2026 from 2:00am – 12:00pm. We expect that the portal will be available during the maintenance window, but it is possible that users may experience issues when accessing the portal and performing financial aid-related activities such as viewing aid packages, accepting or rejecting loans, or submitting financial aid documents.

The Office of Financial Aid cannot share student account information with parents or guardians without written consent from the student (in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, also known as FERPA). The myGuest Dashboard allows the student to give parents, guardians, and third parties access to view content and services related to your experience at the university, such as your class schedule, financial aid awards, and term bill.
