As a follow-up to the previous Oracle maintenance, the Oracle Student Financial Planning (OSFP) system, also known as the Rutgers student financial aid system, will undergo additional maintenance on Thursday, September 10, from approximately 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. OSFP is expected to remain available during this timeframe; however, administration, students, and parents may experience intermittent issues while accessing the system or performing financial aid-related activities like viewing aid packages, accepting or rejecting loans, or submitting financial aid documents.

The Office of Financial Aid cannot share student account information with parents or guardians without written consent from the student (in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, also known as FERPA). The myGuest Dashboard allows the student to give parents, guardians, and third parties access to view content and services related to your experience at the university, such as your class schedule, financial aid awards, and term bill.
