View Term Grades, Transcripts, and Class Schedules

Currently enrolled students can view their schedule of classes with meeting days, times, and locations, as well as their semester grades and full transcripts and/or transfer course credits. Transcript information is updated nightly. Transcripts are not available on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Official Transcripts, Verifications &  Term Grade Reports

Requests for official transcripts for all current and former students will be processed in the order received. Allow ten (10) days for release. We also cannot accept EMAIL requests.

Official Transcript Fees

Current Students:

• Two free paper transcripts per academic year (Sept 1 – Aug 31)
• Additional Paper Transcripts: $7 fee per copy
• Electronic Transcripts: $10 fee per copy

Former/previously enrolled student official transcript fees:

• $7 fee per paper transcript
• $10 fee per electronic transcript (available only to those students who attended 2000 and after)

Veterans and active military are not charged for transcripts.
