Duplicate Diplomas
All orders placed on or after 12/18/2024 will not be processed until 01/02/2025.
To request an additional diploma, complete the Duplicate Diploma Form. If the original diploma name is different from your current name, and you want the duplicate diploma to reflect your current name, you must also submit a Change of Student Demographic Data Form.
