System Disruption |
OIT has notified us that an issue with our Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) system has prevented certain processing from running since Tuesday, June 3. The following processes have been impacted:
OIT and Oracle are currently working to resolve this issue, and we will provide more information as it becomes available to us. Once it is resolved, we will run a recon of these processes. |

Packaging Issue | When Summer 25 Pell went through the disbursement criteria, it also triggered Summer 24 to disburse for some students. We are not sure why Summer 24 Pell did not disburse last summer. We are opening an SR with Oracle and will provide more information when we hear from them. In addition, upon further review, we have found that this situation is not exclusive to LTHT Pell students. Student lists have been provided to OFA and SABC leadership.
